Design Brief
A detailed report to advise you on the changes that need to be made, room-by-room, to your property to help you sell it at its maximum price within the shortest possible timeframe. We will make an appointment with you to walk through your property, take photos and notes, and consult with you about your requirements, timeframe and budget. Upon your agreement, we will then present you with a detailed Design Brief. You can then choose to follow this yourself without the assistance of designtosell, or you can choose designtosell to complete the project at a level that suits you.
Property Revamp
This service utilizes the installations, furniture, floor coverings and decorations the client already possesses, but allows the interior designer to rearrange and rejuvenate the house and hence achieve the full selling potential of the property. Services such as de-cluttering, cleaning, garden maintenance and interior design are included in the Property Revamp.
Designtosell Overhaul
A number of factors will determine how this package is structured including the type, size and overall condition of the property. The amount, if any, of trade work required will determine preparation time before interior design can begin.
Complete Designtosell
Involves incorporating all or part of the above services including the rental of designtosell's installations, furniture, floor coverings, decorations or accessories and interior design.
